- Can not find TOS as the site has changed payment method.
- Originally, instant payment to all member --> then, still instant payout but lock cashout time and limit amount of payment to each region ( as very time I tried to cash out will see " payout per day exceed limit")

Payment request: Well, I decided to cashout rather than convert to ads as noting to lose to prove how long to wait 365 days ! Weird that when I click on the request payment, nothing happen. Assuming that the site just have this choice but does not function it. I guess that the real intention of Earn3 is to want member either convert to ads or lottery ticket. Scam sign also appears as the site is now "Premium Membership Now on sale $5 a month"

........ So I rather convert to ads before the site is closed.

I got only halfway to reach minimum cashout, so could not say Buxwithdraw is a scam. and I do like the site and admin with his prompt support to my doubt and problems.


My view: Quite good site with Active and honest admin. Very few complaint about payment and Amin "Ray" always answer with no bullshit or excuse to buy time. He informed and update in a proper maner and actual reason before closing the site.

Unfortunately the members with over 50 direct referrals who thought we we coming down hard on them have essentially drained our resourses and so after tomorrow, we will have to delay payments until money comes in. We have promised to be honest with all of you and that is what we are doing right now. This site has not made any profit as all money that came in was paid out. So we will do some payments tomorrow and after that, if we don't get more sales, we will be forced to close down. We hope that this will not happen.
