Site is not able to paid. Last month when I tried to cash out it said that not enough money in account to pay, but today here is I got

Admin changed TOS to accept member only from US-NZ-CA-UK-AU. The very BAD is she deleted all unaccepted account. Though her reason is because of cheaters but She should let member know and let good member at least convert cash to ads. I reach payout but havenot cashout since I intend to upgrade by using account balance. I promoted her site to many places. So I don't know the way admin "Trully" behave is called scam or not but she did treat member badly BAD-BAD-BAD
