Scam signs:
1. Admin'd disappeared from the site since mid of Nov. Forum was disable and was reopened on Jan 27, of course old posts were deleted except "proof of payment".
2. Cash out was reset to balance twice
3. Jan 27, 09: Admin promised to clear all payment to member. I afraid that It will be like Joinbux which Admin also promised to pay all pending payment and a few day later Admin annouced to sales out the site because He does not have money.
4. Admin failed to clear even one payment.
Request date: 19 Jan 09 Expected/Terms of payment: Supposed to be "Instantly payout"
6. Finally, Can not connet - Site disappear on Feb 09.

Scam confession: No confession make,Just Give the last Hope to member and then REMOVE his site

DEAR MEMBERS,
FIRST I WANT TO SAY - S O R R Y TO YOU ALL!!!
IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH SINCE I WROTE TO YOU, AND NOW I WILL EXPLAIN WHY:
I STARTED THIS PROJECT WITH MY INTERNET "FRIEND".
EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN DONE AROUND THIS PTC, WE HAVE DONE IT TOGETHER.
WE PLANED IT TOGETHER, WE MANAGED IT TOGETHER, WE FINANCED IT TOGETHER.
IT WAS WORKING GREAT, EVERYTHING WAS GOING OK AND WE HAD BIG PLANS IN FUTURE!
AND THEN...
MY "FRIEND" TRICKED ME!
UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE OF MY PERSONAL PROBLEMS, I HAD TO GO AWAY FOR SOME TIME
AND I WASN`T ABLE TO RUN THINGS AROUND THE SITE BUT I KNEW IT WAS IN GOOD HANDS.
INSTEAD OF FINISHING TGS V2, MY "PAL" VANISHED!
HE CHANGED AlertPay PASSWORD AND JUST LEFT ME THE MESSAGE THAT HE IS "DONE WITH PTC WORLD"!
I WAS SHOCKED, DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED!
WHAT IS NOW LEFT???
PTC WITH 155 PAYMENT REQUESTS, NO MONEY AND ANGRY MEMBERS! HORROR!
I BEG YOU TO UNDERSTAND ME.
I REALLY DON`T KNOW WHAT TO DO!
I SEE NO OTHER OPTION THEN CLOSING THIS PTC. bla......bla......bla.........
ps. THERE IS NO MEMBER THAT HAS INVESTED MORE THAN HE HAS BEEN PAID!!
